GoHighLevel (GHL) is an all-in-one business platform used by agencies and entrepreneurs. An agency account can have multiple sub-accounts — each one is a full GHL environment with its own websites, funnels, CRM, email system, automations, and payment integrations. We operate under a GHL Unlimited plan, which lets us provision unlimited sub-accounts. When you sign up, you get one of those sub-accounts — your own isolated workspace with the full GHL feature set. You log in directly to your sub-account; you don't share a workspace with other creators.
Yes. Your contacts, funnel pages, and email sequences all live in your sub-account, which is tied to your name and email. If you cancel, we export your contact list (CSV) and any funnel pages you want to preserve, and send them to you before closing the account. We don't hold data hostage.
Same GHL features, different setup experience. Creator: you receive a blank sub-account with login credentials and our onboarding docs — you build from scratch, which gives you full control and you learn the platform as you go. Pro: we install the ALH Creator Storefront snapshot into your account before sending credentials — you log in with a pre-built storefront funnel, 5 automation workflows, 10 email templates, and a configured pipeline. If you're not technical or want to launch quickly, Pro saves several hours of initial setup. If you want to build everything to your exact specs from day one, Creator is fine.
After August 31, 2026, GHL will move these AI tools to paid add-on pricing — we don't control that timeline, it's GHL's promotion. The tools will still exist and still work in your sub-account, but they'll be priced as add-ons rather than included. We'll send all active accounts an email in August with the deadline reminder and what to build before then. Any work you've done with the AI tools (funnels built, automations created) stays in your account regardless.
Billing is monthly via GHL invoice. After we set up your account, we send you a recurring invoice for your plan amount ($29 or $49). The invoice auto-charges on the same date each month. You can cancel anytime — email us before your next billing date and we close the account. No credit card is required to apply, but you'll need one to pay the invoice before we activate your sub-account.
Yes. If you start on Creator and later want the done-for-you snapshot install, you can upgrade at any time. You'd pay the $20/mo difference going forward and we'd install the snapshot into your existing sub-account at that point.
No — there's no free trial or free tier.
