1. What you're buying
Our products are digital guides and worksheets delivered as PDF files. They are informational products. You are buying the file and the right to use it yourself, not a service, a consultation, or ongoing support.
2. Delivery
Your files are emailed to the address you enter at checkout, usually within a few minutes of payment. If nothing arrives, check your spam and promotions folders, then email [email protected] and we will resend. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address, a full mailbox, or a spam filter, but we will always try to help.
3. Payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details. Purchases are one-time. We do not enrol you in a subscription, and we will not charge you again unless you make another purchase.
4. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds as a matter of course. If a file will not open, arrives damaged, or is not what was described on the sales page, email us within 30 days and we will fix it or refund you.
5. Your licence
You may use our products for your own business, print them, and fill in the worksheets. You may not resell them, share them publicly, post them for download, or reproduce them as your own product or course material. If you would like to use something with a team or a class, email us and we will sort out a licence.
6. Not professional advice
Our guides provide general business information about pricing and packaging. They are not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice, and we are not your accountant, lawyer, or adviser. Every dollar figure we publish is an illustrative example, not a promise of what you will earn or charge. Rates vary by market, niche, experience, and client. 7. No income guarantee
